I have every right to decline or cancel any commission within disclosed reasons.
I will assume artistic freedom over the artwork for stylistic choice in cases of insufficient visual reference materials by compensating with subject modifications.
Please provide proper credits to @helledraws when posting the commission piece on social media and please do not remove the watermark when sharing online.
I have the rights to stream and/or post the processes of the drawing online to promote my commission services and my social media accounts.
I hold all of the rights to the commissioned piece. Any attempts of infringing the artwork through unauthorized merchandise, machine learning datasets and/or cryptocurrency products/non-fungible tokens(NFT), shall be liable to retracting their rights and usage of any commissioned artworks and banned from using services I offer.
Last minute cancellation/full refund will not be entertained once order has been confirmed after 48 hours. Full refund are only accepted if I am not able to complete the commission within set deadline or disclosed reasons.
The amount of refund depend on how much progress was made on the commission.
Completed commissions are no longer eligible for major revisions and are strictly non-refundable.
COMMISSION PROCESS
Please fill in the google form to book a commission slot and order. Your email will not be used for any other purposes other than for record safekeeping and as means to contact.
Please contact me on instagram or email to further discuss commission details.
We will agree on an amount (half or full upfront) depending on the complexity and urgency of the commission.
For international clients, please make your payment via donation on Ko-Fi or Stripe within 24 hour of the booking or forfeit your slot to the next client.
For local clients, you can pay via local bank-in / QR PAY (DUITNOW) or Touch N' Go App.
2 draft images will be provided where the first is provided within 1 week.
During the period of revision, any request for major alterations (ie. design, pose, attire, background, colour, etc) must be thorough. You are allowed 2 revisions only. Minor details may be entertained but any future and/or major changes will cost additional surcharges.
Estimated turn around time: commission will take about 1-3 weeks from date of payment or depending on urgency. Turn around time may also take longer than expected depending on complexity and/or any complications within disclosed reasons. Update will be provided should any major issue arises.
You will received two finalized version of the commission: File1.png 300 DPI without watermark (for non-profit personal use only) and File2.png 144 DPI watermarked (for online sharing only). If you required the image in a certain resolution and canvas size please make the request in the form under 'Additional Reference'.
For full upfront payment, I will deliver an email containing two finalized versions of the commission in a gdrive link after I have received the payment of the extra surcharges incurred (if any) during the commission process.
For half upfront payment, I will deliver the email after I have received the other half of the payment including any surcharges incurred during the commission process.
You may only request for a partial refund if the commission has progressed after the first revision of the drafting process.
Any request of partial or full refund upon announcement of completion of the commission will strictly not be entertained.
